Zarząd Województwa Opolskiego, Uchwałą nr 5148/2026 z dnia 8 kwietnia 2026 r. ogłosił Konkurs „Piękna Wieś Opolska 2026 – „Dziedzictwo, tożsamość, wspólnota”.
Zapraszamy do udziału w dwóch kategoriach:
CELE KONKURSU
- Docenienie i promowanie rozwiązań i miejsc na rzecz:
- aktywnego udziału mieszkańców w życiu społeczności lokalnej;
- kreacji specyfiki i produktów wsi, poprawy jakości życia, zagospodarowania przestrzennego, estetyki wsi oraz rozwoju infrastruktury służącej społeczności wiejskiej;
- wzmacniania tożsamości i życia wspólnotowego mieszkańców wsi, poprzez zachowanie dziedzictwa, kreowanie rozwiązań i miejsc;
- podniesienie atrakcyjności zamieszkania na wsi.
- Tworzenie puli rozwiązań wzorcowych (dobrych praktyk) skupiających uwagę i kierunkujących działania mieszkańców wsi na sprawdzonych i wysoko ocenionych działaniach lub projektach.
- Kreowanie pozytywnego wizerunku wsi opolskiej.
KATEGORIE KONKURSU
- Najpiękniejsza Wieś – dziedzictwo i wspólnota.
Udział może wziąć każda wieś o statusie sołectwa w województwie opolskim, która:
- zaprezentuje dokonania (rozwiązania, projekty) wykorzystujące pamięć indywidualną i zbiorową oraz dziedzictwo kulturowe, przyrodnicze i /lub krajobrazowe na rzecz umacniania i rozwoju wspólnotowego wymiaru życia mieszkańców;
- nie była laureatem I miejsca Konkursu „Piękna Wieś Opolska” w kategorii „Najpiękniejsza Wieś” w historii trwania konkursu oraz laureatem II i III miejsca w latach 2024-2025.
- Miejsce – serce wspólnoty.
Może zostać zgłoszone miejsce (obiekt lub urządzona przestrzeń na terenie sołectwa o czytelnie zakreślonych granicach), które:
- wyraża i kształtuje tożsamość mieszkańców wsi;
- ma kluczowe znaczenie dla życia wspólnotowego społeczności wiejskiej;
- ma wysokie walory poznawcze oraz dysponuje opowieścią (treść/kontent miejsca), prezentującą jego walory oraz jest ona w sposób czytelny zakomunikowana odbiorcom;
- ma oddziaływanie wykraczające poza społeczność lokalną;
- zostało urządzone i jest utrzymywane przy zasadniczym udziale społeczności wiejskiej;
- ma jasno zaznaczone granice, które określają / wytyczają obszar zgłaszanego miejsca;
- zgłoszone miejsce nie może być laureatem (I-III miejsce) Konkursu „Piękna Wieś Opolska” w latach 2024-2025.
WARUNKI UCZESTNICTWA
- Z terenu gminy można zgłosić:
- jedną wieś w kategorii „Najpiękniejsza Wieś – dziedzictwo i wspólnota”.
- jedno miejsce w kategorii „Miejsce – serce wspólnoty”.
Termin zgłoszeń do 15 maja 2026 r.
Zgłoszenia dokonuje
Wójt/Burmistrz Gminy lub jego Zastępca.
HARMONOGRAM KONKURSU
do 15 maja 2026 r. – zgłoszenie udziału w konkursie przez gminę
od 25 czerwca do 31 lipca 2026 r. – wizje terenowe w sołectwach
6 września 2026 r. – ogłoszenie wyników konkursu podczas dożynek wojewódzkich
